Our Head Office is the focal point of our operations and you'll find dedicated and highly motivated Teams responsible for Sales Progression, Administration, Accounts and Telephone Liaison. Every Team is focused on making The Family members' sales move forward. By keeping all operations under one roof, we ensure every transaction runs smoothly and efficiently: from your first enquiry right up to your final invoice. Continuity and service are our watchwords.

Telephone Liaison

We know that a good first impression isn't just important, it's essential. That's why we've made sure that every member of our Telephone Liaison Team is a natural communicator with a helpful approach. Trained to the highest standards, they greet every caller courteously, promptly passing on their enquiry to the correct department. In addition, by acting as the key contact between our members, they ensure viewings, registrations and referrals are undertaken efficiently and effectively.

Sales Progression (Optional)

We know how crucial it is for your sales to progress smoothly. That's why we have set up this dedicated Team. By processing sales effectively, we ensure that not only are you free to concentrate on other tasks: you're also fully up-to-date with every sale via our tried and tested system. This enables vendors, purchasers and agents to know exactly where they are – in real time. We also strive to establish strong, ongoing professional relationships with agents and solicitors – thereby making sure every sale is as smooth as possible and drastically reducing the chances of abortive sales.

Administration

If you've ever entered the details of properties online, then you know what a slow and laborious task it can be. That's where this Team comes in. They handle input, while working closely with our EPC providers. With established procedures, they make sure that the relevant information is online, within recommended government time scales, and the memorandum of sales correctly produced.

Accounts

The prompt payment of fees and commission to agents is, of course, a vital part of the process. Our dedicated Accounts Team, using our established procedures, we will make sure that this happens quickly and seamlessly.

Advertising

We all know how expensive advertising can be – and do we know if it's actually working? What's more, to advertise, you need money from sales. To get money from sales you need to advertise, and so on. Quite simply, It's hard for the independent estate agents to keep up with the big national chains who can advertise extensively on both local and national level.
